About Us

Hunter McMillan built his first crane when he was 14 years old. He was raised on a 300-acre farm that raised tobacco and other crops near Lumberton, N.C. He later moved to Gastonia to attend welding college. Hunter started work for Lithium Industries in Bessemer City.

He bought his first crane when he was 29 and has grown his business into two boom trucks, seven cranes, road tractors, trailers and forklifts, rigging equipment and rigging trucks.

We try to size the right crane to the job needed. We perform our work in a safe, professional manner, and we are fully insured. We feel that we should give back to the communities that have supported us over the years. We have set trusses on all the Habitat For Humanity homes built in Gaston County for the past 20 years. We donated numerous crane hours at the fire training section at Gaston College in Dallas, N.C. We donated numerous crane hours to veterans’ organizations to hold the largest flag in the United States at their fundraisers and holiday events. Over the years, we have donated to school fundraisers, ball teams, and projects in our community. We have donated our time to local veterinarians for training of lifting large animals when they are injured or trapped.
